Julie helped him select a different diamond and worked with me to design the new ring—it turned out beautifully. We’ve been shopping at Cottage Hill Diamonds for years, and they are always friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

Went in to have some pieces repurposed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very attentive. Julie was soooo patient. Once I explained what I was looking to accomplish, she took time to show me various styles and fully explained the whole process. She kept me updated thoughtout. And I absolutely LOVE the final piece.

If you need a jeweler, look no further! Cottage Hill’s customer service and expertise is top notch. I’ve never seen any business go above and beyond more than Cottage Hill. My wife and I are repeat customers and I recently purchased a push present for my wife as we were expecting twins. Jordan and the Cottage Hill staff were extremely helpful in finding the perfect piece that also matched all of the other jewelry we have purchased there. The twins decided to come early - Cottage Hill offered to hand deliver the jewelry on Christmas Eve because they knew how much this meant to our family. They truly treat you like you are a part of their family. I wish I could give even more stars than 5! We will be a lifetime customers.

Malu is great very helpful. She helped with picking out the right engagement ring. I was treated very well unlike a few other places I went to. And recently just helped with designing the perfect wedding band to stack with the engagement ring. Price is very fair I suggest anyone check cottage hill out in downtown Elmhurst. I went to Cottage Hill Diamonds to have my battery watch replaced. They have a lifetime warranty so only have to pay once. They were very nice and had my watches done with in a few hours. Highly recommend this place.

I just went to get a necklace fixed with a new class. I’m so sorry I didn’t ask her name but she was amazing. Helped get knot out of another neck necklace offered me water was very pleasant. They have beautiful pieces of jewelry. I’ll be sure to be back and will send my husband there too.

I’ve been going to Cottage Hill diamonds for over five years now, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive but Drew in particular has been such a standout. He is kind, genuine, and always takes the time to make thoughtful recommendations, whether it’s for a simple repair or restoring a special family heirloom piece. I’m consistently impressed by the quality of their work and the level of care they put into every detail. Literally the best place to handle all your jewelry and watch needs. Getting engaged and Malu went above and beyond for me to bring a dream to reality. She’s fantastic, but the entire team is fantastic. You immediately feel at home and comfortable. Very relaxed vibe and they’re all loaded with valuable knowledge to help make the right decisions. My husband and I first met Drew, his father and family almost 15 years now. We first went into Cottage Hill Diamond looking for a specific designer, Mark Schneider, and they were the closest jewelry store an hour from our home. Drew sat with us for an hour as I looked at the designs I have been looking at in magazines. We knew we were eloping in Las Vegas in a drive thru (Pharmacy people understand the distaste of drive-thrus) so we were going to splurge the best we could in 2011. They made my engagement ring perfect. Mark Schneider designed the wedding band exactly as I wanted it to look. We have not looked back since. They are friends and sometimes I speak to Drew about new things I want more than friends of mine. He answers my 100 questions with such patience. We moved 5 hours to Southern Indiana for my work. We will never go anywhere else. We make the 5 hour drive or have it shipped. We have been blessed with three nieces and 3 nephews we plan to leave heirlooms too. Each niece will receive a diamond engagement set from me as well as the nephews receiving Rolexes. Drew and his crew are always willing to help me with every whim I have. We will never take our business any where else. I can not imagine going to any other jewelry store to be treated so well, help find the items I am looking for and deal with all of the questions and requests with such grace.
